Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, refunds are handled as follows:

Exam practice materials (PDFs)

If you have not downloaded the PDF, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund — which is why every certification includes a free sample so you can evaluate the quality before buying.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but you did not receive a download link, or you were charged twice, contact us with your order number and payment reference. We will either deliver the material or refund the full amount within 5–7 business days.

Training & interview support

Fees are refundable in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session. After sessions begin, refunds are prorated for unused sessions.

Exam vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable once issued, as they are registered against your candidate profile with the certification body.
